Geronimo Mercado & his crew are excellent. We needed a total roof replacement on a very difficult, steeply pitched roof on an English Cottage style house in the East Bay and Old Town Roofing was one of the ONLY local roofing companies that would even tackle this risky job. We are so pleased with the finished roof and can't recommend Old Town Roofing, inc. highly enough!

I have never review anything anywhere on the net. But for this roofing company, I am going to spend a little time here for the first time just to show my appreciation of the professional quality that they gave me on the new roof of my 4 unit apartment with a very reasonable price. My old roof had 3 to 4 layers of old roofing materials on it. Over time it's start leaking beyond repair without taking all those old materials out. This company has their own big hauling trailer. My building has two levels and it's very tall. They meticulously peel off those layers of old material and bucket by bucket dumped into the trailer below without messing around the surrounding area. Well, the rest of the job like putting up new roof boards, water proof under layer, patch up all potential leaking areas, putting up roofing shingles, installed beautiful galvanized gutters, a new rain proof fire chimney cover which is not even in the contract and on and on. I will not go into any more details. All I can say is, they installed my new roof as if were installing their own home with care and with heart. I know nothing about roofing but these people you can trust. They gave more than what's on the contract. They were refer to me by my coworker and I am strongly recommend them to anyone. I needed a series of repairs here at my home and went thru Home Depot for the different services. The roofing contractor Old Town Roofing was on this immediately! Initial inspection the next morning...Repairs started and completed the next day...9 hours so this was no easy band-aid! Next day it pours! Today gutters finished..cleaned..repaired and new screens added so guess what? NO more clogged or backed up gutters and drains!
I would and do highly recommend these folks for any and all roof repairs! I am very very picked about people working at my home...These folks hit the mark!
